Ryst S.L. offers a range of doors for cells and penitentiary centers. The doors meet specifications applicable in different types of buildings: Police, Courts, Prisons and Juvenile Centers.

The door panels are made of steel sheet reinforced internally with longitudinal profiles, hinge reinforcements and security locks with electric or manual operation, as well as deadbolts according to Ministry of Interior standards.

The 2 groups of cell doors are: hinged and sliding.

Hinged: with 3 safety hinges suitable for the weight of the leaf. Prepared to receive mechanical or electromechanical lock.

SECURITY SWING DOORS WITH PEEPHOLE

The doors are 48/50 mm thick and are manufactured with double smooth sheet thickness 1,5/2 mm and with vertical and perimeter internal reinforcements of 1,2 mm thickness filled with mineral fiber.

The doors have reinforcements for the installation of manual bolts or security locks, hinges and polyurethane filling panel.

The bulletproof safety glass peepholes are of 10+10+2,5 armored glass classification (270 x 270 mm vision) or circular 300 mm.

The frames are made of 2 mm steel plate and sized to receive the heavy-duty hinges. The door leaf rotation is 180º. The frames are manufactured prepared with reinforcements for the installation of security hinges with bearings, lock or bolt.

The frame is supplied ready to be welded to the UPN profile or to be fixed with clamps or screws. It can be supplied for corner or tunnel mounting.

SECURITY DOORS WITH BARS

Door formed with perimeter tubular profiles 45 x 80 and panel with a minimum 300 mm blind part, made of 2 mm thick sheet metal, for fixing the bolt, the rest of the leaf made of 80 x 40 tubular profiles separated 40 mm from each other.

Frame made of 2 mm sheet metal reinforced to receive three robust hinges, angular type or security tunnel with bearings.

Paint: standard color.

For doors type PC-01 and PC-02, we indicate the optional price for the luminaire panel.

We do not offer the panel on the top of the luminaire, because it is usually made by a locksmith once the door is installed, according to the needs and existing measures.

Sliding: manually operated or by means of electromechanical mechanisms that guarantee closing by means of mechanical interlocking synchronized with the motorization.

The doors are supplied with standard primer finish.

When required, the doors can be supplied with peephole, “speaking” and food pass-through.

WAITING CELL SLIDING DOOR PM 04

Supply and assembly of a non-deformable sliding metal door type RYST, made of 50x50x3 mm perimeter profile and square vertical profiles of 40x40x3 mm separated from each other
of 40x40x3mm separated by 40 mm.

With opening to be able to install a locking door with lock or rotating knob model 262 of the SOUTHERN FOLGER brand.

The panel will be hung and will slide by means of wheels with bearings on a guide located in the upper part that will be fixed to the wall. This guide will be hidden
and protected by an accessible cover.

An electromechanical lock model 1058 M-1 of 24 V SOUTHERN FOLGER brand will be installed on the sliding door. This lock will be inserted into the lateral pilastre
on the side of the closed side.

Unlocking will be done from the control room free to be operated manually.

The sliding door will be supplied with primer finish and the corresponding accessories for its correct installation.

SLIDING DOOR CONTAINMENT CELL PM 02

Supply and assembly of metal door consisting of:

• RYST type non-deformable panel, manufactured with 50x50x3 mm perimeter profile and square vertical profiles of 40x40x3mm separated by
  40 mm apart.
• Non-deformable metal swing door made of 2 mm smooth sheet metal overlapped on the panel of bars.

The panel and the door will have openings to be able to install a lock or turn knob locking system model 262 of the SOUTHERN FOLGER brand.

The set of panels with bars and hinged door will be hung and will slide by means of wheels with bearings on a guide located at the top, which will be fixed to the wall
which will be fixed to the wall. This guide will be hidden and protected by an accessible cover.

An electromechanical lock model 1058 M-1 of 24 V SOUTHERN FOLGER brand will be installed. This lock will be inserted in the lateral pilaster on the closed side
side of the closed side.

The lock will be unlocked from the control room and will be free to be operated manually.

The whole set; panel of bars and swing door will be supplied with primer finish and the corresponding accessories for its correct installation.

The swing door will be installed:

• A peephole with cover and safety glass (6+6) with a view of 100×100 mm, stainless steel safety hinges, and DIN 18250 type lock.
